Tempeh is a traditional fermented food. This version is made with 100% organic Chickpeas with Chia Seeds for added minerals and fibre. Tempeh can be can be fried, steamed or baked and this one has a delicious creamy beany flavour. It works well as the protein component in all kinds of recipes (or just on its own in a sandwich!).
